Patricia Freire

Biography Born in 1964, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, the artist Patrícia Freire currently lives and works in Plymouth, UK.

She is graduated in painting by the University Federal do Rio de Janeiro in 1990 and maintains an investigation in nature, color and space to produce large size oil paintings.

Her work creates an experience that is, somehow, remarkable to the senses. It is an invitation to ones eyes to move from the routine of the real and get immersed into imaginary landscapes.
