Back to Basics drawing class

For those of you who wish to improve your drawing skills or indeed believe you can't draw but would love to be able to.

You will be taught some simple techniques that will enable you to make the most of your own hidden talents.

We will explore the use of pencil and charcoal before venturing into colour.

You'll be amazed what you can do with a little bit of confidence and guidance.

Beginners Ceramics Class

From thumb pots to sculpture. Learn the hand building techniques you need to produce great art in clay.

Starting with small 'weekly' projects, you will produce a series of fun pieces leading to a 'freestyle' project of your choice using your newly acquired skills.

These classes are terrific fun and very rewarding.

n.b. a minimal materials charge of £5 per term is required to cover clay and kiln firing costs.

Figurative drawing class

Due to start mid September - but book now to avoid disappointment

Drawing from a 'life' model. You will learn how to recreate the human form using scale and movement in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

Kids Clubs

Due to start TBA.

Our kids club is about encouraging creativity and confidence. We will be exploring drawing, painting, mixed media and ceramics but most of all having fun with art.

Each Saturday morning session will last for 1½ hours and cost £5 per child. For ages 6 to 10 years and 11 to 16 years

Note - From Mid September classes will be booked on a 'per term' basis
